Terms And Conditions

1.Compliance with all laws related to the preservation and protection of rights/resources will be mandatory.

 

2. Necessary services will be obtained in the form of a written request/application form.

 

3. The institution/associate will only provide facilities/ease of access to the relevant upper departments for the sake of performing the duties.

 

4. The investigation and diagnosis of the property under review will be the responsibility of the institution, and the institution will facilitate the provision of basic information.

 

5. The verification/scrutiny of documents will also be the responsibility of the staff/performer of duties, and the institution will only provide guidance.

 

6. Even in the case of a rental/lease agreement, neither party will be responsible for the character and actions of the other. However, holding a suitable position/status will be necessary.

 

7. The institution will have no responsibility in the event of any dispute between the parties; however, a better review and assessment of the correct matter will be performed.

 

8. 50% of the commission must be paid promptly (within three days), covering suspension/stoppage and delay, and the remaining 50% must be paid upon receipt of the outstanding amount/figure.

 

9. In the case of a rental/lease agreement, the commission must be paid on time/immediately.

 

10. There will be further examination/passage regarding the commission, in which case there may also be change/alteration.

 

11. In the event of direct responsibilities/duties between the institution and the associated organization after mutual harmony/coordination, the institution will be obligated to collect the commission from each party along with an additional monthly fee (or monthly fee from each).

 

12. It will register/record other opinions, suggestions, consultation/advice, and disagreements.
